Once
I place my order on the Website, when should I expect
to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped
directly from our warehouse within 72 hours of when
the order was placed. Orders ship via Ground from
Columbus, Ohio and normally arrive within 5-7 business
days.
Designer Linens Outlet has partnered with iShop USA, a trusted third-party company specializing in international shipments and order fulfillment. Customers may shop normally through our site, adding items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. During the checkout process you will be asked to choose the "International Checkout" option, and the items in your shopping cart will be automatically transferred to iShop USA.
International Shipping costs may vary considerably based on four factors: Order size & weight, Destination country, Shipping preference, Duties & taxes collected by your government.

delivery, we require a physical address. Please inquire
about special shipping arrangements by contacting Customer
Service directly.
Most orders are delivered without a signature. Delivery without a signature is left
up to the discretion of you and carrier and is based on the individual
driver's familiarity with the route.
Do you offer priority (Next Day/2nd Day) shipping?
Yes! For an addtional charge, priority shipping is available on all orders placed before noon EST. Priority orders placed after noon will be shipped the following day.
